You must do the following…
- Shipping errors or defects must be reported within 5 days to report damages.
- Get a Return Authorization number for products in their original packing and in sellable* condition within 30 days of receipt.
All returned material must be in saleable condition, free of markings, writing, or stamping. All classroom sets must be returned as sold, with all student and teacher materials included. Classroom sets not returned in this fashion will be considered non-refundable.
All returns must be mailed to the address on the contact page.
